Guests at Florida Tower Condominium

Please consider the following when inviting guests to your home:

Owners shall notify the Manager/Management Company when guests have their permission to use their unit in their absence. Such guests will be given a copy of the rules and regulations.

Owners are responsible for the conduct of their guests within the condominium property and shall familiarize their guests with these rules and regulations.

Guests are not allowed to invite other guests to stay overnight or to use facilities such as pool, gym, etc. The maximum persons per unit should not exceed 5 (and 7 in penthouses); this is either for owners or guests.
