Projects and Improvements at Florida Tower

Following on the recent repairs made to the pool, the Board elected to install a heating system. Stay tuned!

We have nearly completed replacing all balcony overhead lighting with the newer energy efficient units. If you haven't gotten yours yet, please contact the Manager's Office to schedule a convenient time for installation. The entire process takes approximately 15 minutes.

Building-wide replacement of the older, highly inefficient toilet tank flow regulators is also underway. If you haven't received yours yet, please contact the Manager's Office to schedule a convenient time for installation. The entire process generally takes less 10 minutes.
